1: Account Portal
This will allow you to access your account portal to "freeze" just your next draft date. Freeze will save your current pricing and perks as well as allow 1 session of anything each month and 50% off extra sessions. You may unfreeze any time before next full draft date after your freeze payment goes through. This option cannot be used if currently on a freeze, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to request a freeze be extended to see what your options are.
3: Freeze/Cancel Bot Located at Bottom Right of this page.
This will gain access to your account and allow to freeze up to 100 months or request to cancel ( please note the cancellation form online will still be required for cancellations). This also will not process a freeze while still on a freeze, and will not work if your account is in decline, it cannot process a cancel if your first draft hasn't come out of your account yet either. Please email email@example.com for options if it is giving you a hard time. Once you access the bot you can request a cancel and the bot will give you a link to a secure form to fill out. These steps must be taken to ensure your account cancels successfully. This will use your name and number we have on file. If your account won't work, we may need to update your file.
