This will allow you to access your account portal to "freeze" just your next draft date. Freeze will save your current pricing and perks as well as allow 1 session of anything each month and 50% off extra sessions. You may unfreeze any time before next full draft date after your freeze payment goes through. This option cannot be used if currently on a freeze, you will need to email sunnyshorestanning814@yahoo.com if you wish to request a freeze be extended to see what your options are.

SELECT YOUR FREEZE OPTION*** All freezes will take effect On day 3(today is day 0) and will CONTINUE in your account without having to select a time frame, they will keep going until you make the change to activate again. $15 decline fee still applies if payment is not successfully drafted and full balance owed will continue to be attempted to draft. SAVE CURRENT PRICING & CURRENT PERKS of current package, plus get 1 FREE Session to Use each month, this free session includes massage chair, POLY, 30 minutes sauna, 15 minutes pod, all UV/tanning units or 1 regular spray tan,to use each month while on freeze. $20/month will be the charge for this. Each session is use or lose each month.ption also includes 50% off regular priced sessions to purchase during your frozen months. DO NOT save current pricings/perks, upon unfreezing I will simply pay a prorated amount and no activate fee to plans offered at time of unfreeze. This package also gives 1 free session like the $20/month freeze, but no extra discounts on single sessions. Can go back to the $20 plan by paying price difference if old package is desired at time of re-activation! This plan will go unlimited until you come in and get back in a club. This will charge you $10/month as a freeze fee. $30/month plan that allows unlimited daily base tanning OR massage chair sessions, plus $5 upgrades to better uv and $10 spa upgrades to higher spa equipment. $10 double dip fee to do both features in 1 day. 10% off tanning lotion products. $60/month plan that allows daily access to all regular uv units, $5 upgrades to hybrid 8000 and $10 for spa add ons $60/plan that allows daily access to any 1 spa feature, $10 for extras, $5 to add a UV tan in any level $60/plan that gives 4 spray tans a month, $5 tans and $10 spa services $75/month plan that gives any 1 service each visit

This will gain access to your account and allow to freeze up to 100 months or request to cancel ( please note the cancellation form online will still be required for cancellations). This also will not process a freeze while still on a freeze, and will not work if your account is in decline, it cannot process a cancel if your first draft hasn't come out of your account yet either. Please email sunnyshores814@yahoo.com for options if it is giving you a hard time. Once you access the bot you can request a cancel and the bot will give you a link to a secure form to fill out. These steps must be taken to ensure your account cancels successfully. This will use your name and number we have on file. If your account won't work, we may need to update your file.

Valid ID Required, 17 year olds may UV tan with parental permission at first visit. No age restrictions for other services, parents must attend first visit to sign user policies.
We are typically closed all bank and major holidays, we may have adjusted hours the day before/of/after holidays. Any planned closures or time adjustments will be posted on our door 5 days prior so clients may adjust schedules. Emergencies may arise and in that case please send us a photo of the door sign if you arrive and we are not here when we should be and email us at sunnyshores814@yahoo.com so we can be fair and help with an offer to make up for the unexpected closures in case of an emergency.
