Relax and recharge in our Poly Light Therapy Room, a soothing wellness experience that combines therapeutic red and blue light with a comfortable full body massage chair. This session is designed to help support skin health, relaxation, and overall wellbeing while allowing you to unwind in a calm, restorative environment. The treatment uses polychromatic LED light therapy, which delivers both red and blue wavelengths to the skin. Each wavelength works in a different way to support skin health and cellular function. Red light therapy is widely used to support skin rejuvenation by stimulating cellular energy production and encouraging healthy circulation. Many clients incorporate red light into their routine to help support collagen production, improve skin tone, and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Blue light therapy is commonly used to support clearer looking skin. This wavelength targets the surface layers of the skin and is often used in skincare treatments to help reduce the appearance of blemishes and support a balanced complexion. While the light therapy works on the skin, you’ll relax in our ergonomic massage chair, which gently massages the back, shoulders, and legs to help release tension and improve circulation. The combination of light therapy and massage creates a full body relaxation experience that benefits both the skin and the nervous system. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At Sunny Shores, we do our best to keep appointments running as smoothly and on time as possible. Please read the following before booking: Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late to a reserved appointment may be subject to a $15 late arrival fee. Late arrival may also result in reduced service time if needed to keep the schedule moving for other guests. No Shows: Clients who do not show up for a reserved appointment will be charged a $50 no-show fee to help cover the lost appointment slot and staff time. Room Readiness and Delays: We work hard to have every room cleaned, prepared, and ready by your scheduled appointment time. However, some naturally occurring delays can happen that are outside of our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding if we are finalizing your room when you arrive. Tanning Appointments: Appointments for tanning services are not fully time-reserved appointments. They work more like a waitlist system, similar to Texas Roadhouse. Your appointment allows you to cut into the current line, but there may still be a short wait depending on room turnover, cleaning, and client flow. Reserved Time Appointments: Spa services and teeth whitening are the only services where a specific block of time is reserved just for you. Early Admittance: For services other than reserved-time spa appointments and teeth whitening, early admittance may still be allowed when availability permits. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
