​Refund Policy

At Sunny Shores, we take pride in providing high-quality wellness services, programs, and products. Because many of our offerings involve reserved appointments, customized services, or consumable products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or service transfers on services, memberships, prepaid packages, retail products, or gift certificates once they have been purchased.

Please ensure you review your selections carefully before completing a purchase.

Exception for Physician-Guided Programs

Programs involving physician-guided medications or peptide therapies require review and approval by a licensed medical provider.

If, after completing the required intake forms and consultation process, the reviewing physician determines that you are not eligible for the recommended program, any payment made specifically for that physician-guided program will be refunded in full.

This exception applies only when a licensed medical provider determines that a client does not qualify for treatment.

Additional Notes

Eligibility decisions are made solely by licensed medical providers based on health history and medical review.

Refunds are not provided if a client is approved for treatment but later decides not to proceed with the program.

Sunny Shores reserves the right to update policies and procedures as necessary to maintain the integrity and quality of our services.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Sunny Shores, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client so we can provide the best possible experience.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or late arrivals may result in the loss of that session or applicable service credit.

Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled guests.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in limitations on future booking privileges. We reserve the right to charge a $15 late fee and $50 no-show fee

Membership Cancellation & Freeze Policy

Sunny Shores memberships are designed to provide consistent access to wellness services and benefits.

Members may request to cancel their membership at any time after the minimum commitment period, if applicable. Cancellation requests must be submitted on our chat bot or in person prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Memberships may be temporarily frozen for qualifying reasons such as medical circumstances, extended travel, or other approved situations. Freeze requests must be submitted prior to the billing date.

Unused sessions or benefits included in memberships do not carry cash value and are non-transferable.

Sunny Shores reserves the right to modify membership offerings and benefits as necessary to maintain service quality.

Sunny Shores reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow facility policies or behaves in a manner that disrupts the safety, comfort, or experience of staff or other guests.

Client Service Terms & Liability Policy

Sunny Shores is committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment and high-quality wellness services. By purchasing services, memberships, or products, or by using any equipment or facilities at Sunny Shores, clients agree to the following terms and policies.

Wellness Services Disclaimer

Services provided at Sunny Shores are designed to support general wellness, relaxation, recovery, and lifestyle improvement. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Clients should consult their healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if they have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are currently under medical care.

Participation in services such as light therapy, infrared therapies, compression therapies, tanning equipment, or other wellness treatments is voluntary and undertaken at the client’s own discretion.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information when completing forms, questionnaires, or consultations.

Clients agree to follow all instructions provided by Sunny Shores staff regarding equipment use, safety guidelines, exposure times, and recommended usage schedules.

Sunny Shores reserves the right to refuse service to any client if staff believe a service may not be appropriate or safe based on available information.

Equipment & Facility Use

Clients agree to use all equipment and facilities as instructed by Sunny Shores staff.

Improper use of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or exceeding recommended usage guidelines may increase the risk of injury or adverse effects.

Sunny Shores is not responsible for injuries, reactions, or outcomes resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow staff guidance, or failure to disclose relevant health information.

Tanning & Light Therapy Acknowledgment

Clients using tanning or light therapy equipment acknowledge that exposure to ultraviolet or light-based treatments carries inherent risks.

Clients agree to follow all recommended exposure schedules and safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate protective eyewear where required.

Sunny Shores complies with all applicable state regulations regarding tanning equipment and client safety.

Physician-Guided Program Disclaimer

Certain programs offered through Sunny Shores involve physician-guided medications or peptide therapies.

Participation in these programs requires review and approval by licensed medical providers. Submission of forms or participation in consultations does not guarantee eligibility for treatment.

All prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed medical providers based on individual medical review.

Sunny Shores provides wellness support, education, and resources but does not act as the prescribing medical provider.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in services at Sunny Shores, clients acknowledge that wellness services, therapies, and equipment may carry inherent risks.

Clients voluntarily assume responsibility for any risks associated with participation and agree that Sunny Shores, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, reactions, or outcomes resulting from participation in services, except where required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Sunny Shores reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual for safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, policy violations, or situations where services may not be appropriate.

Our goal is to maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Policy Updates

Sunny Shores reserves the right to modify policies, services, and program offerings as needed. Updated policies will be reflected on our website.

Final Acknowledgment

By purchasing services, scheduling appointments, or using the Sunny Shores facility, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and policies.
