Others, carefully calibrated, provide therapeutic doses that can support skin health, relieve pain, and even benefit deeper tissues.

  • Our Spa room 3: Emits 72 joules with infrared panels, ideal for spot treatments and deeper tissue repair.

  • Our Spa room 12: Offers 100 targeted joules, excellent for focused pain relief.


Between spa rooms 7 and 3, there is no clear winner; both deliver strong doses with infrared support, and alternating between them can maximize benefits.


How to Choose the Right Red Light Therapy Device


When selecting a device or treatment plan, consider these factors:


  • Joule output: Look for devices that specify joules per square centimeter. Avoid those with vague claims or no data.

  • Wavelengths: Red light (around 630-660 nm) is great for skin, while near-infrared (800-850 nm) penetrates deeper tissues.

  • Treatment area: Larger panels cover more skin but may deliver less concentrated energy. Smaller panels can target specific areas with higher joules.

  • Purpose: Choose lower joules for skin maintenance and higher joules for pain relief or deep tissue healing.
