Freeze & Cancel Bot
As many of you have probably noticed, some of our members are on incredibly good membership plans, sometimes paying 50% less, or more, than our current pricing. When life gets busy, you travel, have sports seasons, school schedules, or simply need a break, we almost always recommend freezing your membership instead of canceling.
Why?
✅ Your current pricing stays locked in.
✅ You keep the perks and benefits included in your membership.
✅ When you're ready to come back, you simply unfreeze and pick up where you left off.
Many of our older memberships include benefits that are no longer offered on new plans. For example, free upgrades are being phased out on most memberships moving forward, except for our $110 plan, and that will just be one upgrade included. The next step for many of these plans will eventually be price increases.
By freezing, you protect everything you've earned.
Your freeze changes your monthly draft to just $20 per month, which includes our $15 Pay On-Time Discount.
If the payment processes successfully on the scheduled date, your freeze remains $20.
If the payment declines and is not taken care of the same day, either through the secure payment link we send or in store, the pay-on-time discount is removed and the freeze becomes $35.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADDING A BACK UP CARD TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO AVOID DECLINE ISSUES.
What do you receive while frozen?
⭐ One session every month:
• Any spa service, normally up to a $50 value - or
• Any spray tan, normally up to a $45 value - or
• Any tanning session, normally up to a $40 value
PLUS:
✨ Additional services may be purchased at 50% off while your membership is frozen. Many members think of the freeze as prepaying for a deeply discounted session while protecting their pricing and benefits.
What happens when I unfreeze?
Your draft date does not change.
Instead, we simply prorate your membership until your next scheduled draft date. We divide your normal monthly membership payment by the number of days in the month and charge only for the remaining days until your regular draft date arrives.
This keeps everyone's billing date consistent and avoids changing draft dates every time someone freezes and unfreezes.
Because freeze memberships already include the monthly session benefit and discounted services, we do not offer refunds, product discounts, or additional promotions at the time of unfreezing.
The small freeze fee helps keep your account active, supports the improvements and upgrades we continue making, and ensures that your pricing, perks, and membership status are waiting for you whenever you're ready to return.
In many cases, freezing costs far less than canceling and starting over later.
