Relax, reset, and recharge in our Recovery Room, a restorative wellness session designed to support relaxation, circulation, and whole body recovery. This experience combines advanced technologies including a PEMF gemstone mat, concentrated red and green light therapy, and terahertz thermal therapy to create a calming environment that encourages both physical and mental relaxation. At the center of the session is our PEMF gemstone mat, which uses pulsed electromagnetic fields alongside warming natural gemstones to create gentle stimulation and soothing warmth across the body. PEMF technology is widely used in wellness settings to support circulation, muscle relaxation, and overall recovery. The heated gemstone surface helps promote comfort while encouraging the body to release tension. The session also includes concentrated red and green light therapy. Red light therapy is commonly used to support cellular energy, circulation, and skin health. Green light therapy is often incorporated into wellness routines to help promote balance, relaxation, and a calming effect for the nervous system. To enhance the experience even further, terahertz thermal therapy provides gentle radiant warmth that helps create a deeply relaxing environment. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At Sunny Shores, we do our best to keep appointments running as smoothly and on time as possible. Please read the following before booking: Lobby massage chairs or spa room 4 should be used prior to other services. Light can be used before thermal therapy, tanning will come after those services, if using a spray tan it will always be the last service in a day. If visiting daily, alternate heat and light, they should not be used daily, every other day is best, same with uv. Spray tans should be spaced out a week each. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late to a reserved appointment may be subject to a $15 late arrival fee. Late arrival may also result in reduced service time if needed to keep the schedule moving for other guests. No Shows: Clients who do not show up for a reserved appointment will be charged a $50 no-show fee to help cover the lost appointment slot and staff time. Room Readiness and Delays: We work hard to have every room cleaned, prepared, and ready by your scheduled appointment time. However, some naturally occurring delays can happen that are outside of our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding if we are finalizing your room when you arrive. Tanning: Is walk in style only since we have 8 uv rooms, and amazing massage chairs in the lobby to use prior to tanning, plus the massage helps boost circulation for a better tan! Ask about our compression and/or contrast therapy add on! Early Admittance: For services other than reserved-time spa appointments and teeth whitening, early admittance may still be allowed when availability permits. The only allowance for daily heat/light therapy is if you have had a consult with our Board Certified Therapist and she okays the daily visits of repeat services. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
